NOTICEAny emails sent to me through this site after mid-June of 2008 were not received. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. As of February 28, 2009 the problem has been solved, and the contact me button at the bottom of each page will open a blank email with a new, working address.
The mp3 files will soon be upgraded to mp4s, and other improvements are definitely in store. Plus new songs!
Welcome to Mike Goldenberg's virtual studio. There are five songs to stream and download from my new CD, Something For You, and another five from my first CD, Keepers. I've also put up lyrics for the songs, credits and notes, verse and stories. There will be more songs and notes, and a site-specific surprise soon.
Something For You won't be duplicated, printed, and ready to ship until September. It will be available from this site. I'm also looking into distribution through web vendors, as well as single-song downloads. If you like what you hear and don't want to wait, I can burn a pre-production CD. *Mid-summer enhancements*
I have added two mp3 files ("Done to You" and "Don’t Blame Me") to the Music and Lyrics page of Something For You, and have taken down two others. The promised site-specific surprise is linked—pet the manatee’s nose for luck. There are song notes to go with the newly accessible songs, new linked short verse, session photos, and a couple of other goodies. I don’t have Something For You ready to ship yet, but perseverance furthers. At least I’ve finally decided on a cover.
